The Good Samaritan. The Wheat and the Tares. The Sower. The Ten Virgins. The parables are Christ’s most familiar teachings, yet they are not simple stories easily understood by anybody. Jesus himself said the parables reveal secrets and mysteries about God and his dealings with the world. This series will explore various parables told by Christ, seeking to bring out the meaning for the original audience and demonstrate the applications for us in the church today.
