SUNDAY SCHOOL FALL CLASSES

SEPTEMBER 17 – NOVEMBER 26

*NO CLASSES ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 29

Location: Welcome Center

“Who do you say that I am?” is the question Jesus posed to his disciples at a critical turning point in his ministry.  The same question continues its dynamic force today, challenging each generation to come to a decisive turning point in offering the correct response to Jesus’ question. Join us this fall, as we explore the Bible’s testimony about the person and work of Jesus in discovering that he is the Son of God and the Son of Man.

Location: Knox Classroom

Your marriage will be enriched and strengthened as you study and discuss God’s design for marriage with other couples.  Service and sacrifice, covenant and commitment, intimacy and the image of God are a few biblical topics this class will cover.  Join us as we delve into God’s Word and apply his timeless truths to our marriages today.

Location: Generation Meeting Room

The Bible tells the story of Christ, the great Hero, who defeats the Dragon in order to rescue his bride.  But even more—every story of the Bible reveals points to the coming Hero and the victory he would achieve.  Join us as we see the beauty of the gospel displayed in all the Bible.

Learn the importance of instilling a biblical worldview in your children while helping them identify and challenge cultural lies.  We will cover topics such as emotionalism, moral relativism, “linguistic theft,” pluralism, and progressive Christianity.  Get ahead of the curve.  Equip yourself to equip your children.

Location: Generation Meeting Room

Why do denominations exist?  What are the differences between them?  And why are we Presbyterian?  We will discuss societal problems and how Christianity—particularly Reformed Christianity—is the best answer to these problems.  We will use the book Christianity and Liberalism by J. G. Machen (available free online).
