CLASSES BEGIN

SUNDAY, JANUARY 22

Location: Generation Meeting Room

In a culture where doubt and skepticism are the new “virtues”, the Christian is called upon by God to champion the cause of the gospel with a well reasoned defense of the faith.  This course will unpack the scriptural truths that expose the folly of disbelief and equip the saints to give well reasoned defense of the hope of the gospel.

Location: Welcome Center

Trace the stories of nine women as a part of God’s redemptive history. They each in some way played a direct role in forwarding, preserving, and finally fulfilling the promise of Genesis 3:15 “The seed of the woman will crush the head of the serpent.”

Location: Lecture Hall

The Church is called “a kingdom of priests and a holy nation.” But how are we priests? How does our worship relate to our mission in the world? In this class we will see how worship in the old covenant foreshadows Jesus and the glory of the new covenant.

Location: Lecture Hall

Since its beginning in Jerusalem, the church of Jesus Christ has advanced to every nation on the globe. This class will focus on the life and work of the greatest missionary of all time: the Apostle Paul. We will see Paul through both times of triumph and tragedy. We will be encouraged by the way God worked in Paul’s life and how God promises to work through ours as well!

Have you ever felt a God-given desire to serve? Has the Lord Jesus ever drawn your heart to meet the needs of a particular group of people? Has the Holy Spirit ever prompted you to use your gifts and experiences in new ways? This class will teach you the nuts and bolts of starting new ministries and how to be faithful and fruitful wherever you serve.
